hallo ziyan! hahaha congrats for blogging on class blog for the first time!!! =)
anyways decided to have my monthly post for dec now (since i doubt if i'll have the time after mindef kidnaps me and imprisons me on the idyllic pulau tekong). oh alfred pls don't watch wang wang commercials it's really bad for your mental health...i just can't stand those little kids acting cute *wipes sweat from brows* oh and ziyan don't worry about dota ^^ it's easily taught! though not easily learnt...so far i only know how to use centaur *blink stomp* hahahaha. like the violin too...i tried teaching my neighbour's daughter to play the violin, but it was a fiasco; we ended up playing hide and seek in the end hahahaha.
oh with regards to what i did yesterday...hmm let's see. i played 3 hours of computer (!! shocking!), watched 2 movies - zorro and valiant. valiant was funny! sighs i think my sense of humour must be degenerating la...must be the stress that's causing cell apoptosis in my brain (as reported in scientific american!) and i played the violin too! with my sister....we were playing xmas carol duets! yay! xmas is coming! i've been quite a good boy this year...hopefully i'll get a truckload of presents! hahahaha...
anyways yups pple keep posting! it's nice to see new posts around!

The liberated yanni here. Today is thanksgiving day :)
So let me say my thanks to all of u:
Firstly, i must thank the class for that class birthday wishes card.I love such messages more than anything :)
The guys were very funny...No idea who was the nut that got the impression that i am gg australia...LOL
Nevertheless, i will stll box the panda, junyong...haha. Speaking about junyong, the piggies mail he sent was really corny. I agree that the voices were really hilarious.
The sweet gals for all that wonderful prezzies. I love it lots and u gals should know it. thanks!!!
I really love my class 04s78. Kinda of sad that i cannot go for the chalet or hang out with u people much this dec hols. Enjoy your time during prom,chalet and the post prom party.Do post the picts on the 04s78 blogspot, its my only connection to the outside world.Haha, so let's say maybe i can count on zhiyong,josh to take lots of pict and to upload them. Thanks...
i look foward to seeing my class.even though i dont interact much with everybody in the class but i dont feel tt distant from u pple too. heehee..
I am not too sure whether i can access blogspot or msn messenger in china too. U guys should know they kinda of restrict some sites or my dad's com is abit cranky, selective.
Ahh yes, i cannot fulfil my earlier wish which is to go shopping for prom stuff with the boys and to see how gaming/dota works. Oh well, never mind. Do dress well, dont be slip shod k. The thinner ones can try wearing layers.

wow haha since kel posted i must also post!! add my 2 cents' worth of thoughts into this potpourri of entries =)
well first weeks is over, but there's still more ahead. so continue mugging hard!! a levels seem much harder than anything i've taken before. still rmb i used to finish the psle paper in under an hour and sit at my desk with wandering thoughts for the next 2 hours. o levels were better, at least we had crossword puzzles to entertain ourselves with during chem paper hahaha. but a levels :( no time to even think of anything else but the paper, and even then time is never enough. bleh. i've this sneaking suspicion that it's because i'm too verbose; the number of lines indicated on the paper never seems enough heh. maybe i shld just leave out the prepositions, nouns, vocab and even my full stops so that they can fit into those measly lines.
in any case, i'm keeping my fingers crossed that these few weeks will pass by with a blink of the eye. *blinks hard* and after that, we can formally declare ourselves to have graduated from hwachong eh? no more morning assemblies (joonming will be thankful that he doesn't need to wake up early anymore) nor having to stone at class bench for long periods of time in the morning (rmb our monday timetable? with physics at 8 and our break at 8.40 haha) no more practicals (though i started to enjoy them after spa ended; they were just excuses to slack and gossip and copy drawings) no more sleeping during gp either..oops! really mrs ang i tried my best not to sleep but well *shrugs guiltily* haha.
i've spent 11.1% (to 3sf) (really! 2 out of 18 years) of my life in jc; i guess it's been quite an enjoyable and eye-opening experience. after all it's not every day that you get to see alf getting bonded, hear bing's wisecracks (byto anyone? hahaha) or even look on as scandals unfold in our class *gasp! jman!* hahaha. and of coz having great teachers around us helps lots as well. =)
it'd really be interesting to see what we'd all turn out to be like ten years down the road though. i might be able to say that my former classmates have become nobel laureates, captains of industries and builders of cities (gp compre! hahaha) or even literary heavyweights who have made their mark (you never know; alf could grow up writing arsene wenger's biography hahahaha) in any case, yups all the best to everyone, have fun in the a levels, and smile!

heh hi peeps, seems like i'm gonna make my annual entry. jk, but hey i can't remember the last time i posted anything here (if i ever did). Anyway, the first week of exams are over! yay we have GP and Maths settled! and isnt it comforting and infuriating at the same time to know that our bio department really over taught us? well one thing i know for sure is that it feels great to see you all of you guys(including girls) after such a tediously long study break, filled mostly with both anxiety and boredom. How ironic. I have recently came to realise what a great class i have been blessed with and I truly look forward to seeing every one of you every morning and going through this exciting A levels together. Good luck everybody!

Lets look at all this mugging positively, it might be the first and maybe even the last time we try so hard for something. Well at least for me, i had never felt so emotionally and mentally determined in my 18 years n 4 months of existance. Admittedly, this feeling sounds tremendously satisfying but is actually intensely boring. But hey, we all kinda matured a little because of this right?
It seriously does not matter where all of us end up after A levels, because i believe we have all left footprints in each others' lives that will never fade with time. All the best.
