was i reali that agitated or well.. violent? hahaha..ok..its a rhetoric question..
i rmb jinfeng always eating a banana or drinking soya milk
i rmb shou heng with his expletives
i rmb kel ng walking with a kind of stride..like the look-i'm-cool stride
i rmb kel li's unpredictable temperament and my obvious frustration with his sensitivity
i rmb the deep conversations i have with david while waiting for bio s lessons
i rmb playing peek-a-boo with ah boo and getting his trademark expression -_-
i rmb jman eating a plate of super high protein, basically a brown hill he bought frm e mixed veggie store
i rmb alf for being bullied yet coming out grinning along with the others
i rmb junyong for his cheem-ness in physics
i rmb zhiyong for sharing his experiences in cleanser, toner, moisturiser and mascara with the girls
i rmb joon ming for his sleeping in class
i rmb bing fu for his theatrics making the class luff and lightening a long and dreary day
and i rmb joshua for his obsession with bright colors and xmen, and for being our nice and responsible CT rep
for the girls..well..
i rmb a hardworking one, an outcasted one and many very good natured ones and some who's too critical and not so good natured ones like me..
today's my 2nd last day of work and i'm feeling a v confused mixture of relief yet sadness of leaving this 6months-or-so job..
i wun get to chat with some of the students who specially came over to my computer saying "miss lee, this and this happen. i feel what and what" nor joke with them one by one.. guess i'll be able to do that on a larger scale in future.. i wun get to slack with wenting (though we are working in different branches), to call and chit chat through the company phones..
on the other hand, i wun have the need to handle pesky parents (alliteration!) who demand us to work from 10am to 10pm or stay open and available 24/7 inclusive of public holidays.

yea, I rem those days where we were so anxious about our bio. we complaint to each other, borrowing notes from seniors and other sources. and sok was particularly agitated. lol..

well, I'm not really nostalgic now, since we guys are still sms-ing each other and stuff. Seeing jianmin for three months in OCS has been the factor as well i guess. lol

Guess I really gotta agree with Kelvin. Its only after leaving JC, that you start to miss the kind of life that is there, especially when ur down in a trench late at night trying to stay awake. There are some things that I guess I would like to have changed in my JC life, but thinking back again, changing something of the past might not necessarily mean that the future would still turn out the way we want it to be. But definitely, there are many many things I would miss in JC that I think cannot be found anywhere else. such as
- Sitting at the canteen every morning watching people walk by
- Sitting at the class bench after school ends everyday
- Walking the long route to chinese high pool and back
- Studying in the readinng room (surprisingly)
- Chasing Alf all over the place (no offense man)
- Birthday celebrations after cutting the cake
- Lab sessions
- Table soccer
and a lot more actually. But mostly just more specific scenes such as Sok Ee trying to bully the guys by kicking them. Kelvin Li whacking people in the stomach. Yuan Tying running all around the place (hyperactive). Boo stoning. Qinghui eating vegetarian food. etc. etc.
I guess that university life (whether now or two years from now) would be equally memorable, perhaps more so, since it occupies a longer period. But I think that 30 years down the road when I am stoning around with nothing to do, I will suddenly get an image of Alfred running down the corridor with Joonming and Boo chasing behind. 04s78 forever... haha...

hi guys n girls i'm writing this post with a shade of blue - blue for nostalgia. this kinda feeling strikes me every once in a while. haha it's like having a period. lol. anyway i had been listening to the song 'one year ago' by lene marlin, and it brings back many many fond memories. fond to indicate that i actually miss those moments, regardless of how pleasant or unpleasant they were.
one year ago, i rmb many of us mugging hard for block test 2. many of us wanting to do well for reasons tt may have already paid off now. i rmb myself not being one of us. and i wonder what the hell i was doing then. if i had any regrets, it wud be around this moment one year ago. were we still playing dota then? i guess we were. and i can be damn sure that alfred was still a quitter at that point of time. or maybe not, because alfred's modem got confiscated by his dad. funny huh? and i can almost be sure that jman was still playing dota, almost everyday. it's really unfair how he still manages to do well. boo was as sian as ever. and joonming was still a slacker. ahhh and i won't forget how we cursed ms yang for our bad bio grades, only to realise now tt we still got all As after all.
one year ago, seems so recent and yet so unreachable. we really don't have time to look back do we? if u could travel back to a year ago, what would u have changed? have you ever wondered? would you study harder? or would you pursue some things or people that you have lost in the past year? but that is just too much to think about, because we will never go back to one year ago. and that is just how precious it is. because if i can go back to a year ago, my life will be very different from what it is now. is it the same for u?
one year ago, i would never have thought about the question "why must we serve?". would you have realised how precious 2 years of your life are? would you have realised that you don't hate studying? would you see those medicine pple and scholars of our class in a different light? would you have thought that kelvin ng will be going china? would you have guessed tt dear geraldine is going to become an accountant? would you have expected 2 safos from our class? would you have thought of joanna as a teacher? would you have expected qinghui to vanish without a word? okay, cut out the previous question...
would you, no, did you love our class as much as you do now? would you have expected yourself to miss it?
one year ago, i definitely wouldn't.
but that was one year ago. now i am damn sure we will have many more "one year ago" together.

yo peeps!
29th Jul is still pretty far away but i tink i can make it..at least from wad i foresee from now la..slacking away now..heh heh..my superior coming in late today..another wk more!!another 5 working days and i'll be slacking at home instead of at the tuition centre..and it will be slacking without pay..erps..
oh yea..04s78 girls!! anyone wanna watch that chick flick "just my luck"? haha..and i'm going to ask the question again..the outing on saturday will u all be spending the whole day at sentosa?else some of us can join u all ltr in the evening if its not too far..
oh and jun yong..i wanna play tennis..but i don have a racket and i don tink i can play tennis alone the way squash is played..and basically everythg sounds fun!!i wanna eat bbq food!!
i scared myself silly when i turn around and saw the flickering of lights..some small external part of the counter air-con drop down..so its hanging like some kind of decorations reflecting and blocking lights causing the flicker..argh..things are falling apart here..a part of the ceiling of one of the classroom drop down,which reveal a hole to see the unit above the tuition centre..hahaha..
class lets go out more often in july!!

1) tentative date is on 29th Jul 2006 (saturday)
2) venue (address) - kerrisdale, blk 36, 18-12, sturdee rd; may arrange for usher (me) to fetch those who dunno how to go there on ur own, see how
3) time: afternoon (2pm? 3pm) till night, till nxt day for those who wanna stayover
4) activities:
a) bbq at night
b) swimming? theres a swimming pool there, just remb to bring ur own swimming gear
c) mahjong? poker cards? (some1 has to bring the mahjong set, sorry i dun haf 1)
d) ps2: i'l prepare burnout revenge, fifa street 2, world winning eleven 9 for mass playing; ++
e) tennis/badmintion (think onli got 1 or 2 courts so if u all want, pls inform me so tt i can bk; pls notify me BY end of Jul, try lah...
f) got a mini golf range, haha driving range... its quite silly though, dun think any of u shld b interested rite?
g) my house is near civil service club. if u all wanna bowl, its quite reasonable price to bowl there since im a member
h) if u all need a function rm for wadever reason, pls inform me as well coz i'l need to bk.
So mayb we can have a vote for the activities u all reali reali want, esp those tt requires reservation of venue, namely: badminton/tennis, golf (-_-), and the function rm
Date may change, depending on whether I'm free on tt day (lol) and depending on whether renovations are completed.

HAHA..my superior just stepped out of the tuition centre and TADA here i am.. HAHA.. i shall blog in such a way that my entries will resemble a rainbow (i was teaching sec 2 sci ppl colors, they concluded that the world is made up of black and white).. ooh hoo!!
oh yesterday right, that p3 student's mom ask me how to study science.. so i stare and smile politely at her.. like huh?what can i say?science is u read and remember..or using a synonym, memorise.. so when she realise i'm not going to say anythg, she started commenting on how science is "dead" like maths.. i was wondering how are languages more "alive" than sciences and math..
yuan yuan.. is settlers' open at night? don tell me its a stupid qn.. anyway if its open at nite we can consider going there on monday's night.. yayee!! 2 more days to monday.. and 28more days to my last day of work..HAHA..

its me again..slacking as usual,since my superior is coming in late today.. *big grin*
oh..the drug addicts were seen again recent saturday..this time they sent three surly looking policemen who reali gave chase..according to the students who witness the chase,they said the policemen kept running up and down the four-storeyed high building..anyway the police didnt tell us whether they caught the addicts or not..but seriously the addicts are so stupid la..choose to poke themselves with needles outside a tuition centre on a busy saturday..
i just tuition this p3 student..one of her qn stumped me..she asked me: "how do u noe if a veggie is a root veggie or a stem veggie or a dunno-what veggie?" for a moment i was stumped..den i realised,she meant "how do u noe whether a plant part is an underground stem or root or leaves"..ALAMAK!! like how or what can i say?anyway she helped me out by saying her tcher told her if u don see roots it means its a root veggie,if u see roots its a stem veggie..huh?den wad abt onion?i tink she can see the roots on onion,but i don tink she can see the flattened stem disc in the onion..so its a stem veggie to her..
29days to my last day of work..yayee..anyone wanna go out of country?or shopping?i'm bored..
